Pick Up Orders
What Is a Pick Up Order?
Our pick up order service is for those that attend Papanui High school are able to preorder some of our fudge and pick their order up from us at school. They are able to pick up their order on a Thursday if their order has been placed at least 4 days before pick up day. The latest time to order to pick up on Thursday is to order on a Sunday but feel free to order any time before that as well! If you are in need of an order and has passed a Sunday we may still be able to deliver you your order with an additional charge.
How Do I Pick Up My Order?
On our pick up day (Thursday) we will be outside the office/quad with your order during Interval 10:25 - 10:45 for you to collect. Payment for your order is expected at this time in cash, if you are unable to pay we will keep hold of your order until the next pick up day. If you still are unable to pay your order will be cancelled and you will have to make another order. If you are unable to pickup your order we will also hold it until the next pick up day, if your order is not picked up we will cancel your order unless you have let us know when you will be able to pick it up (given notice).
How Do I Place an Order
To make an order you can email us below including the following details: first and last name, email (preferably your school email or the email you use most), the fudge/s you wish to order and the number of bags. We will then send you a confirmation email of your order and the total cost. You will then be able to pick up your order on the next pick up day (if stock is selling fast we may have to push back your order pick up day, if this happens we will let you know).
Other Information
Upon pick we require you to tell us your name and possibly what item/s you have ordered to ensure our orders are going to the right people.
On our pick up day we are also able to take in person orders that you can also pre pay for, this is also during Interval and your order will need to be placed a week before to receive it the following week.
