PRIVACY & SAFETY
To keep your orders safe on a pick up day we do require you to tell us your first and last name (and possibly what you have ordered) upon pick up to ensure your order is not being taken by someone else.
PAYMENT METHODS
At the moment we can only accept cash payment methods so you will need to have your payment ready if you are picking up and order from us. This applies to any way you have ordered including email, through Instagram or Facebook and if you wish to prepay when placing an order in person.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We put in our best efforts to keep all of our products in stock for everyone as well as having extra on hand just with us. If we begin to run low on stock and you have placed a pick up order we will notify you as to when we will have your order ready for you and when you can collect it from us. If this happens we send you our sincerest apologies and a 'we're sorry gift'.
Returns
We will accept returns ONLY if product is still in sealable condition and you have notified us withing 2 days of receiving your order. We will give you a full refund of your order but this will only be in cash (no other payment method)
